Following delay, stock exchange opens to rise in rates

Trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange opened late this morning (Tuesday) following more than 10 percent declines in fuel stock.

The TA 35 index is up 0.64% at this time, and the TA 125 index is up 0.71%.
