Minister Tzachi Hanegbi explained why he did not insist on receiving a significant portfolio from Prime Minister Netanyahu.
"I was offered to be the Minister of Water Resources, but I did not go into details because I preferred to receive the settlement portfolio on September 1, for which I entered the political arena," said Hanegbi in an interview with Galei Tzahal.
