According to a Channel 13 report, A Givati commander who was supposed to be on vacation posed as an inspector manning a checkpoint and forced a number of PA Arabs to vacate their vehicles.
The soldier proceded to drive to a spring in the vicinity of the Jewish town of Neria. After taking care of his personal affairs, the soldier discarded the vehicle at the side of the road.
The soldier in question was arrested two weeks ago. Today, the military tribunal decided to extend his incarceration.
