22-year-old Maya Vishniak of Oranit has been buried this evening, with a small number of people in attendance.
Her partner is suspected of having strangled her to death yesterday, in his Ramat Gan home.
Galei Zahal reports that only family and close friends were present at the funeral.
Maya's friend Lior Shemesh spoke, saying, "There was no girl so talented as her. She was an angel. We never dreamed that anything like this would happen to her."
