Tomorrow, the Supreme Court is due to hear the petition of Yehuda Etzion and Arnon Segal, who are requesting that Jews be allowed to ascend to the Temple Mount during the coronavirus epidemic.
The State Attorney's Office does not deny that Israel has a political agreement with Jordan regarding the Temple Mount, and has requested that the hearing be held without the presence of the petitioners.
The petitioners have stated their objection to this request and their lawyer, Itamar Ben Gvir, stated: "The agreement must be disclosed and revoked as it is illegal and undermines the laws of the State of Israel."
