Egypt is extending its curfew hours during the three-day Eid al-Fitr holiday that marks the end of Ramadan, The Guardian reports.
The evening curfew will now begin at 5 pm as opposed to 9pm, and shops, restaurants, and parks will be closed, in order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus epidemic.
