Updated figures from the Israeli Health Ministry reveal that 266 people have died so far of the coronavirus in the country, with an additional death reported in the last day.
So far, 16,323 cases of the virus have been confirmed, of which only 3,736 are active as 12,587 people have recovered.
There are currently 50 people on ventilators in serious condition.
