Minister of Public Security Gilad Erdan is seriously considering the offer to be appointed as Israel's ambassador to the United Nations after having requested the transportation ministry for the prime minister.
Reshet Kan B reported that if appointed ambassador, Erdan stipulated that he would want to be guaranteed the position of foreign minister at the end of the year and a half rotation.
