The prosecution filed this morning an indictment with the Central District Court against terrorist Muhammad Risha, 20, of Tulkarm, for attempted murder in the circumstances of a terrorist act.
The terrorist carried out a stabbing attack in Kfar Saba on Memorial Day. A 62 year old woman was lightly wounded in the attack.
