Volunteers from the Traffic Division operating in the Kafr Qara area noticed a private vehicle traveling in the area on Saturday.
After approaching the vehicle, they were surprised to find a girl sitting in the driver's seat while the vehicle was in motion while the vehicle owner was sitting next to her.
Immediately they stopped the vehicle, and upon examination it became clear that the driver was 14.5 years old and next to her sat a family member who gave her permission to drive.
The family member received a warrant and his vehicle was immediately disabled for 30 days in the police impound lot.
