Sources close to State Comptroller Matityahu Engelman argue that Justice Minister Ohana may be referred to the State Prosecutor's Audit Commissioner for allegations against Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit.
According to them, the auditor will also not investigate allegations against Shai Nitzan, Channel 13 News reports.
