Last Thursday, police arrested a 16-year-old from Ramla on suspicion of committing lewd acts on women while riding his electric bicycle.
Investigation revealed that on several occasions the suspect rode an electric bicycle, approached women walking in the street, touching them, and fleeing the scene.
The suspect was brought Friday for a hearing on his case at the Petah Tikva Court, at the end of which he was released to six-day house arrest on restrictive terms.
