Israel's Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon (Likud) said the government will transfer 800 million shekels to the Palestinian Authority in a loan intended to offset losses caused by the COVID-19 outbreak.
Kahlon said the order came from Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.
