The Blue & White party has begun collecting signatures of its MKs in order to submit a request to President Rivlin asking that the mandate for forming a government be handed to Binyamin Netanyahu.
The right-wing bloc collected its signatures yesterday, but MKs from the Yamina party are refusing to sign, due to what they say are difficulties in the coalition negotiations.
