Report: Hamas delegation to arrive in Egypt to discuss prisoner swap

The Al-Araby Al-Jadeed newspaper reports that a Hamas delegation will arrive in Egypt in the coming days and will discuss a prisoner swap with Israel.

Egypt reportedly will act as a central broker in such a deal, should it be implemented.
