Police on Tuesday evening arrested a suspect who violated the Ministry of Health guidelines to prevent the spread of the coronavirus and organized a wedding attended by hundreds of people in the city of Beit Shemesh.
The suspect, a resident of Jerusalem in his 40s, was arrested at the Tunnel Checkpoint and was taken for questioning on suspicion of violating a public health order and thus endangering the public.
