MK Bezalel Samotrich attacks the High Court's decision to force Israel to allow Gaza residents and Hamas family members, to seek medical treatment in Israel.
"This ruling is the continuation of the irresponsibility of the High Court justices who are harming Israel's security. The state has sought to prevent the treatment of Hamas family members for political reasons and to press Hamas to release our captives. The intervention of the High Court of Justice is insolent, the Supreme Court prefers the lives of our enemies to our ability to conduct a campaign against Hamas.
The judges do not rely on any legal basis to intervene in the decision of the defense establishment, but only on their crooked grievances: If the State of Israel wants to live, it must deal with this distortion, High Court of Justice."
