Hamas leaders on Saturday told Haaretz that they cannot prevent incendiary kites and balloons from being sent into Israel until the "blockade" on Gaza is lifted.
The Egypt-Gaza Rafah border crossing is usually closed, and Israel recently closed the Kerem Shalom crossing in response to continued arson terror and rocket attacks.
