Samarian Chief Rabbi Elyakim Levanon spoke at the funeral of the late Lipnik brothers who were killed in a road accident on Tuesday and said that Arab drivers are responsible for most of the accidents in Samaria.
"Most road accidents in Samaria are caused by the wild driving of a certain public," the rabbi said.
