The Wall Street Journal reports that the US administration has notified a number of American embassies around the world that President Trump is considering declaring Jerusalem the "indivisible capital" of Israel at the same time that he will sign the postponement of the transfer of the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.
