Residents of Migron who were evicted from their homes five years ago are still waiting for the government to implement its decision from 2012 to establish a permanent neighborhood at nearby Givat Hayekev.
During the past five years representatives of the Binyamin region have acted with authorities in order to regulate the establishment of the community but despite everything the political echelon has yet to give approval to final building plans.
