Four Beitar Yerushalayim fans were arrested on Monday at a soccer game for alleged involvement in clashes outside the stadium during game time and for throwing a rock.
Another fan, from the rival Bnei Sakhnin team, was arrested for allegedly throwing a torch onto the field.
