(IsraelNN.com) The Tel Aviv District Court on Wednesday ruled the charges filed against Nadi Mahoud, the driver of the Dolphinarium terrorist, would be reduced from an accomplice in the murder of the victims to aiding in their murders. The lesser charges are the result of a plea bargain agreement.

On June 1, 2001, 21 persons, mostly youths, were murdered when a suicide bomber detonated an explosive device in the Dolphinarium Disco in Tel Aviv. Over 100 were wounded in the attack.
