Residents of the Binyamin community of Mitzpe Keramim announced they would be setting up a tent opposite the Prime Minister's Residence in Jerusalem this coming Sunday, due to the State's filing of its position (to evict the residents) with the Supreme Court as to the community's future, which is to be carried out on March 16 - one day prior to the elections.

It may be recalled that Mitzpe Keramin was deemed as part of the area outline belonging to Kokhav Hashahar, and was transferred to its present location by the State as part of the outpost agreement signed by the Barak government in 2000. According to the agreement, the community was moved from its former to its present location with the full agreement of the State and with full approval of the Israeli government and signed by the commander at the time, General Moshe Ya'alon.
