Italy’s Foreign Minister warned on Wednesday that the strengthening of the “Islamic State” (ISIS) terrorist organization in Libya serves as a threat to Europe.
“There is a clear danger in the alliance between ISIS and local organizations. It is up to the international community to act quickly, before it is too late.”
