Netanyahu Vows to Root Out Organized Crime Murder Wave

At the open of todays' (Sunday) cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu reiterated the need to eliminate the rash of organized crime killings that have been recently taking place.

"We have recently been witness to a rash in the phenomenon of increased killing by organized crime families, and we are determined to eradicate this problem," the Prime Minister said.

"We give our full support to the police in handling this matter. Israel's citizens should not be fearful to walk the streets here -- it is the criminals who should be worried", he added.
