Charges Withdrawn in Beit Shemesh Spitting Case

A prosecutor announced, Wednesday, that charges had been voluntarily withdrawn in the case of a hareidi-religious man who was accused of spitting on someone in Beit Shemesh, west of Jerusalem, in an incident which sparked a wave of anti-hareidi news coverage.

The hareidi community welcomed the decision.
