Reservist IDF Captain Itamar Alon has been identified as the Be'er Sheva bank shooter.
He was formerly a school security guard, decorated by former Mayor Yaakov Turner for participating in the shooting of a terrorist who attacked the IDF Southern Command base in 2002.
