The former prime minister of Libya says Muammar Qaddafi is still in Libya and will not stop fighting.
Former PM Al-Baghdadi Al-Mahmoudi is in Tunisia, awaiting a decision regarding a request by the rebel government in Libya to have him extradited.
Al-Mahmoudi escaped Libya shortly before Qaddafi went into hiding.
