Representatives of the Council of Jewish Communities in Judea, Samaria and Gaza (Yesha) are scheduled to meet in Ariel Thursday prior to Friday's election of a 126-member policy making body.

One camp, which has criticized Yesha leaders for being too moderate during the expulsion, has expressed concern that "what was, is what will be" and that Yesha will continue to be "irrelevant."

Several leaders, include the rabbis and activists, said they will boycott the meeting to protest the lack of inclusion of more activists on the proposed policy-making body.
