Two new families contacted the residents of Mitzpe Avichai Thursday and expressed their will to join the community, a founder of the community told Arutz Sheva.

The community was razed to the ground last night. "This is the tenth time that they come to tear down the place, and each time it is rebuilt," Aryeh Davis, one of the founders, told Arutz Sheva.

"At 2:30 a.m. I heard loud banging and at a certain stage the police broke down the door and entered," he recalled. "They made us go outside with our children and tore down our house. We stood around until they took us into Kiryat Arba. Now we are back at the location."

Davis said that the residents have started sifting through the wreckage. "Every time that the place is torn down it is rebuilt larger and more beautiful, and more families join," he said. "Today, too, we are preparing for rebuilding and the construction material is on the way."
