Following the government decision to freeze Jewish construction in Judea and Samaria, inspectors of the civilian administration, accompanied by security forces, arrived at the Jewish communities of Judea and Samaria Sunday and toured almost every path and road to document all construction work suspected of having began after Friday at noon. The following video, filmed at the Gush Etzion community of T'koa, follows the inspector as he photographs, documents and leaves building restraining orders for the owners of the lots. On his way out of T'koa, the inspector was greeted by Knesset Member Michael Ben Ari, of the National Union party.

MK Ben Ari told Israel National News: "The campaign to frighten, initiated by Defense Minister Ehud Barak with the people of the Civil Administration and the Police, proves that there are no more security problems in the state of Israel, and now we can use our air force and all these personnel and jeeps to bring fear to the settlement enterprise. These attempts to cause fear will no deter the strong Jews who have gone through much worse and hard situations."
"As it says in the Torah, 'As they shall torture him, so he shall multiply and go forth' – he said, don't be afraid, we must show them that we are full of strength and only thus will we be able to kick out this squeezable man called Netanyahu and all the scoundrels that are with him"
