It has been disclosed that the Israel Defense Forces arrested two Palestinian Authority suspects in the Samarian PA town of Huwara Wednesday evening in connection with the serious wounding of a 14-year-old boy from Yitzhar at the Huwara Junction.
The boy's condition has stabilized and he has regained consciousness, according to the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation.
