Prosecutors will amend indictments on Tuesday against Meir Gamliel and Natanel Sandrusi in the hit-and-run death of 11-year-old Chaim Benjamin Biegeleisen, according to Channel 12 News.
Police have suspected that Sandrusi was the offending driver but now the prosecution states that Gamliel was the driver. In the plea agreement with the two, prosecutors will seek 15 months in prison for Gamaliel and seven months for Sandrusi.
