Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas claims Israel is responsible for the death of terminally-ill Fatah terrorist Sami Abu Dyak at Assaf Harofeh Hospital, announced on Tuesday morning by the Israel Prisons Service.
Abbas said, "The prisoner died a slow death due to medical neglect. We call on the international community to act to save the other sick prisoners in the Israeli prison."
