The mother of Tehilla Nagar has criticized the sentencing of Raad Roshrosh to 19 years in prison for manslaughter in the killing of her daughter.
The bereaved mother said, "Every day a girl is murdered because there is no punishment here. The punishment should be serious, scary and deterrent." Referring to the manslaughter conviction, she said, "He murdered my daughter in cold blood. He did not kill her."
