The Environmental Protection Ministry has renewed the toxins permit of the Shemen (Oil) Industries plant in Haifa Bay for dealing with flammable hazardous substances, following special permission from the firefighting authority.
The permit had been revoked after a huge fire broke out at the plant earlier this month.
