The Al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas's military wing, has reacted furiously to the death by disease of Bassam Ameen Al-Sayeh, a terrorist who was a member of the squad that killed Rabbi Eitam Henkin and his wife Na'ama in 2015.
The message of Al-Sayeh's blood, said a statement by the Al-Qassam Brigades, is the continuation of the armed struggle in Judea and Samaria until the removal of the "occupiers". The terror group has publicly pledged to give Palestinian Authorit security prisoners priority in representing their affairs, to take a toll on the "enemy" and to release them. Hamas has accused Israel of deliberate neglect in the medical treatment given to Al-Sayeh.
