The Israel Police submitted an indictment on Tuesday against a 16-year-old Rehovot boy suspected of firing plastic bullets at people attending a Blue and White Party conference in Rehovot Thursday evening.
According to the indictment, the boy was traveling in a vehicle with a friend, pulled out an air pistol and shot out of the vehicle's window, lightly wounding two people.
