Secretary Ali Shamkhani of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran said on Sunday that Hezbollah's attack on Israel on the Lebanese border was "a retaliatory act."
The admiral was referring to recent attacks attributed to Israel in Lebanon, Syria and Iraq, and the foiling of an attack on Israel.
