The preliminary investigation into Wednesday evening's accident in which a 17-year-old girl was killed indicates that the partner of one of three sisters in the car was driving under the influence of alcohol.
The sisters had gone to pick him up from an event and he got behind the wheel later. Among other things, suspicion was also raised that he was driving at excessive speed.
