Palestinian Authority sources report that on Tuesday morning, the Israel Defense Forces arrested Daoud Zubeidi, 38, in the Jenin refugee camp.
He is a released prisoner, the brother of Zakaria Zubeidi, who is being held by Israel for terrorist offenses.
