Rabbis of the Chabad Lubavitch hasidic movement have issued an opinion in which they call on religious Jews to vote for the more haredi-religious parties in the upcoming Knesset election, stressing the need to vote for parties that promise to fight for a full land of Israel and will pass the threshold for sitting in the Knesset without a doubt.
The World Headquarters for the Rescue of the People and the Country (Hamateh Haolami leHatzalat Haam veHaaretz in Hebrew) has issued a call not to vote for parties whose chances of passing the threshold are doubtful, saying they harm the public. The body called on leaders of those parties to withdraw from the race.
