Countries still refuse to condemn Hamas despite its praise for terror?

Jason Greenblatt, United States Special Representative for International Negotiations, wrote on Twitter, Sunday, "On murder of 17yo Israeli Rina Shnerb, Hamas leader Haniyeh says, 'I bless this operation & I greet the hands of those who executed it. I pray for God to protect those who stood behind it.' Yet, many countries still refuse to condemn Hamas!?!"
