The Yediot Ahronot newspaper reported on Thursday Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Yisrael Beytenu Party Chairman Avigdor Liberman reached an agreement in principle, after a long meeting, that if Liberman's party joins the coalition, he will assume the post of defense minister, in which he served in the previous government and resigned.
