Minister: US conference in Bahrain will take place with or without PA

Communications Minister Ayoub Kara wrote on Twitter, Monday, "I welcome the Americans' intention to hold an economic conference in Bahrain for prosperity and peace. I have said more than once that such a conference will take place - with or without the Palestinians, and that will happen."
