Doctors at Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv successfully completed a neurosurgical operation on a production worker of the Eurovision Song Contest, who was injured Monday morning by a lighting fixture.
Dr. Zvi Lider, director of the spinal-column unit that operated on the worker together with Dr. Dror Ophir, summarized, "We have succeeded in carrying out significant surgical operations. His condition is now defined as moderate and in the coming days the severity of the damage and its consequences will be clarified."
