Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahuh told a delegation of United States ambassadors posted in Europe, accomanied by by US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman and Special Envoy for Combating Anti-Semitism, Elan Carr, Sunday night, that the Hamas terrorist organization was committing a double war crime by firing indiscriminately on civilians from among concentrations of civilians.
