Attorney Michael Litwak, the legal advisor of B'Tsalmo, representing the bereaved families in the Barkan industrial-area attack, has written an urgent letter to Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Binyamin Netanyahu, the attorney general, the state prosecutor and the security forces, demanding the demolition of a new home being built by Arab organizations in the past few months for the family of terrorist Ashraf Na'alwa, who murdered Ziv Hajbi and Kim Levengrond-Yehezkel.
Attorney Litwak threatened that "as long as the terrorist's house is not destroyed, we will turn to the State Comptroller and the High Court of Justice." He noted, "The commander of the Central Command pledged in a legal affidavit to the High Court of Justice that he would monitor and destroy every house of a terrorist that would be rebuilt, and I demand that he fulfill this commitment."
