Indictments filed against alleged Ofra and Giv'at Asaf shooter

The Israel Defense Forces have announced that an indictment was filed on Monday with the military court in Judea against terrorist Assam Barghouti, charging him with a long list of serious offenses, including three counts of intentional manslaughter, the equivalent of murder offenses in Judea and Samaria, and attempted intentional manslaughter.
